BIO
My name is Adriana and I come from Vancouver, British Columbia. As an exchange student, I’ve obtained my degree in English and Russian languages and literature at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. The reason I moved here was for love. As a gamer, I met my husband 6 years ago when I was just a freshman in Russian and Slavic languages and literature at the University of British Columbia.
Since moving here I’ve been giving lessons for English oral and written communication to locals as a member of Superprof community and I’ve been volunteering at surrounding animal farms and shelters. Being a part of all these activities made learning Dutch a new passion of mine. Besides gaming I enjoy cooking delicious food, leading a food blog and keeping my website active. My lessons are held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, we talk casually about everyday life and learn grammar and proper vocabulary as we go.
